I’m a creative who helps people answer the question: “What should we create — and why?”

Mission-driven and insatiably curious, I develop and produce high-quality digital media that blends storytelling with strategy. My recent work focuses on creating short-form videos, visuals, and AI-enhanced content designed to connect with real people — no jargon, just stories that resonate, and eye-catching graphics. My background spans journalism, television production, podcasting, authorship, and most recently, public-sector media. In LA, I began my career with NBC’s five-part documentary series The Human Animal, hosted by Phil Donahue, and later worked on productions for CBS including The Kennedy Center Honors, The Tony Awards, and The Muppets Celebrate Jim Henson. Fast forward to the early days of podcasting where, as producer and host of The Agewyz Podcast, I conducted over 150 interviews across cultures and age groups — conversations on caregiving and healthy aging praised for their honesty and heart. What started as a small passion project grew into a platform where caregivers, advocates, and everyday heroes could speak openly about the emotional realities of supporting those we love – and sometimes find it hard to love. That same spirit of candid storytelling lives on in my book, Scattered: My Year As An Accidental Caregiver, a deeply personal look at the messy, complicated, and transformative year I spent caring for my then elderly mother after my father died suddenly. It’s a reminder that even in the most difficult chapters of life, there is humor, connection, and meaning you may not see coming.

Born in Washington, D.C. and raised in the suburbs, I grew up with public service woven into daily life. After building a career in entertainment and media — across film, television, audio, and digital storytelling — I’ve come full circle. Today, working in local government, I create media that connects with the community. I produce short-form video, design newsletters for 20,000+ subscribers, and craft AI-driven visuals to deepen civic engagement. I also produced an AI presentation deck, using live demos to make emerging technology tangible for local audiences.
